Pastor Appreciation Month

October is more than half over already…what? Time moves swiftly on. But it’s not too late to show your Pastor how much you appreciate him. Pastor’s put in so much heart, love and devotion in all they do. They are ready and willing to help, listen, pray and so much more, at the drop of a hat. They are warriors of the faith and love to share the good news with everyone they come in contact with. They often get overlooked, underrated, underappreciated and just left out.

Ask me how I know all these things…my husband is a very faithful Pastor and I am so grateful for him.

While gifts are nice the best thing you can do for your Pastor is write him an encouraging note. Sure, texts are great, but written words on paper mean even more. Often times these notes are kept and used to help Pastors get through tough times by being able to go back and look at these words of encouragement time and time again.

I’ve created a few resources that may help you show your Pastor your appreciation. There are a couple of pages you can encourage your kids to color for their Pastor. I also have some fun gift items that would be great for your Pastor, if you would like to express your thankfulness in that way.
